Highlights of this Adventure and Birding Tour: 

• Visit Papallacta Pass to observe possible Seedsnipe, Spectacled Bear and Hummingbirds. 
• Visit Guango Reserve Hummingbird Feeders, Main Trails along the river and observe incredible amount of bird species.

Early in the morning we will pick you up from your hotel in Quito and start our Top Birding Tour to the East Slope Cloud Forest Reserve. We will stop at the mountainous range of Andes Mountains at Papallacta Pass to possible observe 3 spectacular and rare species of hummingbirds like Ecuadorian Hillstar, Rainbow-bearded Thornbill, and Blue-mantled Thornbill. 

Continue birding in Papallacta Pass, a transition Montane Forest between the Andes and the Eastern Cloud Forest. Possible to observe Tawny Antpitta, Rufous-bellied Seedsnipe and Spectacled Bear. Then upon arrival to the reserve we will devote some time at the Hummingbird feeders. At the reserve we will also have the opportunity to explore the main trail around the lodge for possible Torrent Duck, White-capped Dipper, Hooded Mountain Tanager, Masked Trogon, Andean Potoo, Grey-breasted Mountain Toucan, Andean Guan, Slaty-backed Chat-tyrant, Mountain Cacique, Turquoise Jay and others. After lunch return to Quito and drop off at your hotel.
