One of the highlights of our current Amazon Wildlife Photography Tours is the opportunity to observe and photograph the Harpy Eagle, one of the world’s most powerful and spectacular birds of prey. We have an active nest with a Juvenile of about 6 months old and we can observe it frequently.

The Harpy Eagle Photography Hide

  • The Harpy Eagle Nest has an easy access location. We start early morning by canoe from the Lodge, then continue on an easy well maintained trail for about 15-20 minutes walk until we arrive to our New Tiputini Tower. From the surface we have a blind that we can observe the Harpy Eagle Nest with benches for you to wait and enjoy the view.
